Discover the Origin aims to raise awareness of five products with Protected Designation of Origin status. They are:
• Burgundy wines
• Douro wines
• Port
• Parma Ham
• Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Free courses are being held across the country for licensees – and if that wasn’t enough Discover the Origin has packed a hamper to the brim and offered it up as a prize in a great giveaway.
Each hamper is filled with gourmet products such as Parma Ham, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, Burgundy Wine, Douro Wine and Port that have all achieved Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status guaranteeing their provenance and heritage.
Each hamper will also come with a fabulous Discover the Origin recipe book.
